Safety

Trust and safety

Scoutribe supports coordination, but it does not replace the responsibilities of adults and organizations who run real-world scouting activities.

Community coordination platform

Scoutribe helps groups coordinate members, activities, learning resources, and announcements. It is not an open social network.

Leader responsibility

Scout leaders manage their own groups, participant lists, and activity planning. Scoutribe does not supervise offline events.

Parent and guardian responsibility

Parents and guardians remain responsible for understanding and approving participation in offline activities according to their group’s rules.

No unsupervised child messaging

The MVP does not include direct unsupervised child interaction features, open public chat, or social-media-style discovery surfaces.

Basic reporting

Pilot users can report groups, events, resources, or user profiles through a lightweight reporting flow to surface issues early.
